Howard J. Wilson and Laurence Wilson are both appointed to the Law Society’s specialist Child Law panel.
Howard J. Wilson is appointed to the Advanced Family Law Panel and has a specialisation in financial proceedings and Injunctions within the Advanced Family Law accreditation. These accreditations require consistent appraisal by the Law Society and every member must accredit themselves every 3 to 5 years by satisfying the Law Society that the Solicitor is up to the required high standard.
Sebastien Wilson has built up a successful practice in Injunctions and Private Children act proceedings.

In divorce, the fees we charge for dealing with the paper divorce (issuing and filing to decree Nisi and then Absolute), when acting for the petitioner (not the financial proceedings, which are separate proceedings) and in a case that is not defended, the costs range from £950 to £1,200 plus VAT and plus the court petition fee. If the divorce is complex and defended, then we will give you an estimate of further costs
In financial proceedings, the costs range depending on complexity and whether the case can be agreed at an early stage of the case is set down for a first appointment/issues resolution appointment and the detailed information in completing the necessary form E. We can provide better cost details when we have detailed instructions from you and that is why an initial consultation will often benefit you where your questions can be asked, and experienced guidance given at that meeting.

Domestic abuse comes in many forms and is not limited to physical violence, but includes and not limited to the following:

- Financial abuse
- Harassment and stalking
- Online or digital abuse

TOLATA – Living Together Agreements
TOLATA disputes need to be handled carefully and quickly with advice on the original purchase deed and any trust created. Most of these cases are settled and do not need to go to court.
